Most companies we talk to have questions about the appropriateness of their information sources across the board. Often needs are varied and complicated – from sole traders at one end of scale to larger more complex risks at the other - and across international boundaries where individual information providers may or may not be strong.
Co-pilot can review your existing arrangements for you and recommend high quality cost-efficient arrangements.
We start with an analysis of the needs of the business and a review of what you do now. We will identify and recommend the best/most appropriate information providers going forward and we will negotiate with them if you wish us to.
Recommendations will often be “blended” to enable you to achieve what you need across the risk and business spectrum. We have access to a variety of bespoke information providers and sources.
The key is to ensure that your information works for you and that it is efficiently “filtered” into your decisioning processes and rule sets to best support delivery of the strategy.
Co-pilot will work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that this continues to be achieved and to provide support when it is needed. This will include:
- Helping you gather hard-to-get or time-critical information on individual risks or in difficult markets
- Interviewing or visiting risks on your behalf
- Providing
analysts’ opinions on key risks
- Providing access to scoring models to support in-house analysis
