Clients often need a reliable third party collections service provider to assist locally or in a variety of locations and languages – and they are usually concerned not to adversely affect customer relationships. We do not collect ourselves, but we can introduce you to preferred partners.
Project management or support
We can support you throughout the project lifecycle from inception, including attending project meetings, visiting key personnel both for consultation and communication and eventually to help obtain their buy-in and through to delivery and training and support
